Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Email support@noyz.store with order number and reason to start the process.
  • Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
  • Items marked final sale are non-returnable.
  • For damaged or wrong items, contact within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Refunds are not applicable for COD orders because no advance payment is collected.
